We are looking for Metro Detroit Non-Profits to help fundraising selling advertising space on this website. Your group will earn a 50% commission for all ads placed! That means your group will make a minimum commission of $120 for a 1-year advertisement. A lot of the company’s will automatically renew their ad the following year and your group earns a commission again.
1. Is it a good deal for the company’s advertising?

Yes! The intention of this website is to drive leads to the local companies’ website. Home Contractors purchase leads from many sources. Lead prices range from $50-$100 per lead depending on the project. Often these leads are sold to a dozen contractors, and you may not even get an appointment after spending $50-$100.
The leads generated on MetroDetroitHomeImprovement.com only go to the companies that advertise on this site. They are not sold to any other contractors. This makes them a high-quality lead, and one lead can pay for this advertisement many times over.
Online customers can also contact a company directly by phone, email, website, or social media. They are not hidden from public view like other lead generation websites. Because they are not hidden from view, they also help the company’s website search engine rankings.
2. What does our group have to do?

Your group has 2 responsibilities once signed up.
1.) Sell advertisements: There are 40 different home service categories advertised on this website and over 70 cities. You can sell to all of them. Which means you can reach out to new supporters! Many home improvement companies service multiple cities.
All sales are online the customer just has to select your fundraiser at checkout. Your groups job is to contact these companies and ask them to sign up. A phone call and an email is the best way to method.
2.) Promotion: Help promote MetroDetroitHomeImprovement.com and the companies that support your group by advertising. Basically, a social media post saying thank you and check them out. Maybe list them in a printed program or a loudspeaker thank you at an event. The goal being trying to generate a lead or two by promoting the company to your group’s community.
3. How do we sign up?

To sign up we need your group to print, fill out, and email the 2 forms list below. The first is a W-9 tax form for your non profit. The second is our fundraiser agreement form.
